Product-specific buyer note

3Idea's exact India page is a real domestic route but was out of stock at verification, so obtain a dated restock quotation before planning a purchase. Ask who provides warranty labor and parts in India, whether both hot ends are the current J1s revision, and whether the printed price includes freight and installation. At nearly 28 kg it is a two-person lift. IDEX calibration, nozzle wiping and first-layer checks remain operator tasks; firmware and Luban should be updated before commissioning. The newer Snapmaker U1 serves a different four-tool-head segment and does not make this J1s listing interchangeable.

India regulatory note

Operate on a correctly earthed circuit within the 100-240 V rating and follow Snapmaker's hot-surface, moving-axis and ventilation instructions. Heated polymers can release fumes; assess material-specific ventilation and fire controls, especially for ABS, ASA, PC and filled nylons. Enclosure does not make unattended printing risk-free. Confirm the India plug, electrical declarations and institutional procurement documentation on the invoice rather than inferring them from overseas certifications.
