India regulatory note

At 25 g this is a very small aircraft, but the buyer must still verify current Indian drone, airspace, indoor or outdoor, privacy and radio rules before operation. Use a protected indoor test area, eye protection during bench testing, battery-safe charging and propeller guards where appropriate.

Complete drones in CBU, SKD and CKD form are prohibited imports under DGFT Notification 54/2015-20, with narrow authorisation-based exceptions. Components remain free. REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Rule 14 of the Drone Rules, 2021 generally requires a UIN before operation. Nano aircraft (250 g or less) are exempt from type certification, the remote-pilot credential and third-party insurance, but do not have a general UIN exemption. DGCA currently says registration of non-type-certified UAS is temporarily suspended; confirm the exact eGCA path, serial number, type certificate and airspace restrictions before purchase or operation.
