Do not confuse PROMAX with the cheaper X1 PRO: sensor, 8K, storage and rear sensing differ. The automated tracking and rear sensors are assists, not collision guarantees; there is no full omnidirectional sensing, GPS-dependent flight envelope should be understood from the current manual, and the aircraft is not waterproof.

Verify current DGCA/Digital Sky requirements, lawful import, any type-certification/registration obligations, remote-pilot rules, airspace permissions, geozones and privacy duties for the exact intended use. Low mass and palm launch do not grant blanket flight permission.
