Product-specific buyer note

This is the standard Saturn 4 12K, not Saturn 4 Ultra 12K or the existing Saturn 4 Ultra 16K catalog product. The base model is limited to 70 mm/h and USB and does not include the Ultra's tilt-release mechanism, Wi-Fi or AI camera. 3Ding's page has contradictory stock labels, so obtain written allocation, dispatch date, new sealed serial, included power adapter, GST invoice and exact manufacturer-warranty term before paying. Budget separately for resin, wash/cure equipment, replacement PFA film, IPA or the cleaning medium required by the selected resin, PPE and ventilation. Confirm current replacement-screen and vat availability because those are consumable or damage-prone components.

India regulatory note

Uncured photopolymer resin is a chemical exposure and environmental hazard. Use suitable gloves, eye protection, spill trays and ventilation; follow each resin's safety data sheet and never discharge liquid resin or contaminated wash solvent to a drain. Fully cure waste before disposal where local regulations permit. Keep the UV cover closed during exposure, isolate the machine before servicing and use an earthed India-compatible supply. Commercial or educational sites should document chemical storage, fire precautions, waste handling and user training.

India warranty and service

No official ELEGOO India service channel could be verified as of Jul 2026; ELEGOO’s warranty (12 months on new machines, shorter for many parts and consumables) applies only to units bought from ELEGOO or an authorized ELEGOO distributor with a valid receipt or invoice. ELEGOO publishes an authorized-resellers directory, but its India entries could not be confirmed — ask the seller for proof of authorization and get warranty terms in writing. Indian resellers such as WOL3D list ELEGOO in their catalogues and run their own seller service programmes.
