Buy this exact Max Neo only after confirming it is not an Ender-3 Max, Neo or V2 Neo substitution. It is a legacy, open-frame bed-slinger with a conservative listed speed, no integrated camera, networking, enclosure or multi-material system. Ask REES52 to confirm sealed stock, motherboard and firmware revision, India warranty owner, return terms and availability of the glass bed, hotend, CR Touch, belts and fans. The large moving bed also needs more bench depth than its nominal build area suggests.

India regulatory note

Use an earthed outlet at the correctly selected input voltage and keep the printer away from combustibles. The nozzle, bed and moving axes create burn, pinch and fire hazards; supervise initial layers and never rely on power-loss recovery as a safety control. Extract fumes when printing ABS or other emitting polymers, follow each filament SDS, and do not treat printed parts as food-, electrical- or medical-safe without material and process validation.

India warranty and service

As of Jul 2026, Creality runs no service centre of its own in India; WOL3D describes itself as the exclusive distributor of Creality 3D in India (a claim it has published since 2023) and handles sales, spare parts and repairs through its own service stations. WOL3D repairs are free within 1 month of purchase and charged at ₹1,000 + GST plus parts thereafter, with warranty claims requiring proof of purchase. Creality’s global after-sales policy (updated Aug 2025) routes warranty service through Creality’s own after-sales channels and authorized dealers, so machines bought outside the authorized channel may only get paid service.
