As of Jul 2026, Creality runs no service centre of its own in India; WOL3D describes itself as the exclusive distributor of Creality 3D in India (a claim it has published since 2023) and handles sales, spare parts and repairs through its own service stations. WOL3D repairs are free within 1 month of purchase and charged at ₹1,000 + GST plus parts thereafter, with warranty claims requiring proof of purchase. Creality’s global after-sales policy (updated Aug 2025) routes warranty service through Creality’s own after-sales channels and authorized dealers, so machines bought outside the authorized channel may only get paid service.
