Product-specific buyer note

The CR-30 is a current but highly specialized older design. WOL3D's domestic page is out of stock, so obtain a written availability, serial-specific warranty and spare-belt plan. Belt tramming, first-layer adhesion and 45-degree slicing require more tuning than a normal Cartesian printer; independent long-term reports also flag belt wear and slow reliable first layers. Do not interpret the infinite axis as infinite unsupported mass: long parts need clear runout space and sometimes external support. Confirm that current Creality Print actually supports the intended belt workflow before purchase.

India regulatory note

Provide a grounded circuit, thermal-runaway verification, clearance around the moving belt and a guarded collection area that cannot draw people or objects into motion. Follow filament ventilation and fire-risk controls and do not leave long unattended jobs without an assessed monitoring and shutdown procedure. Verify India plug, electrical documentation, institutional safety sign-off and any enclosure or fume-extraction needs with the seller.

India warranty and service

As of Jul 2026, Creality runs no service centre of its own in India; WOL3D describes itself as the exclusive distributor of Creality 3D in India (a claim it has published since 2023) and handles sales, spare parts and repairs through its own service stations. WOL3D repairs are free within 1 month of purchase and charged at ₹1,000 + GST plus parts thereafter, with warranty claims requiring proof of purchase. Creality’s global after-sales policy (updated Aug 2025) routes warranty service through Creality’s own after-sales channels and authorized dealers, so machines bought outside the authorized channel may only get paid service.
