The FP1E is the simpler PS-S03D model, not the FP2: it does not offer FP2-style multi-zone positioning, multi-person tracking or an ambient-light sensor. A compatible Aqara hub and continuous USB power are required, and Matter works through the hub rather than directly. Confirm stock, GST invoice, India warranty, hub compatibility and the included adapter before payment. Placement, aiming, reflective objects, fans, curtains and room geometry affect mmWave behavior. Independent reports are mixed: many buyers value stationary-presence detection, while some report stuck-presence or false-detection behavior, so test one unit in the target room before a fleet rollout.
